Self-respecting motivational speakers do not put a tag price for every minute or every hour of talk. Some say that price is always negotiated price. That maybe true. Some motivational speakers get 10,000 times more than ninety percent of motivational speakers in the world today. But it has nothing to do with greediness.

A motivational speaker must give a thousand times than what he gets. You give a motivational speaker a portion of the value he has added to your life. A motivational speaker who was not able to add anything to you, but simply wasted your time does not deserve a five peso coin.

However some motivational speakers may turn around the performance of the organization for an hour talk. That speaker deserves every digit on his check. I am not likely to give you the figures, but I am hoping you get my point.

Motivational speakers in the Philippines and elsewhere, provide solutions. Paying ten thousand dollars for someone who was able to motivate your people to produce ten million additional revenue worth every dollar you have paid him. Don't you think so?
