I've been a collision repair technician for almost 9 nine years now. I started when I was 18. I'm making between sixty and seventy five thousand per year working usually about 45 hours per week (nine hour days) I work at a busy insurance driven shop. The work is very hard, but i get to work alone on my own jobs and don't get bothered except for when management asks "when 's this one going to be done?"
50 to 60
Anywhere between 500K too 800K
Mechanics can make good money for example an aviation mechanic makes upwards of 80 000 CAD a year. Collision repairists do not start out making too much. But the painters at a really nice shop can make 70 a year
Not enough to make a career of it.
Maybe about 13$ an hour.
200$ a day
That's a job that has its ups and downs.
It varies widely, depending upon several things. Your ability, the business you work for, whether you do insurance work or cash only, the area you work in. In my experience, ( southeast Michigan) I was able to make 50 to 60 thousand yearly. I always did insurance work at reputable shops. Frame repair and paint are the specialties that will make you the most money. It is getting increasingly difficult to make this kind of money, as the insurance companies are continually cutting repair times ( you will be working for flat rate, like a mechanic).
depand on company yu work for
This depends on your skill level and where you are geographically. Anywhere from 24,000 a year for a combo guy to upwards of $100,000 per year for heavy techs, frame guys.
There is not enough information to make that determination. You have insurance money coming from what? Are you late on your loan payments? Do you have comprehensive and collision coverage? Please provide as much information as possible.
It would vary. Many people make a comfortable living doing so
