And i think the word devel is actually spelled, devil, but anyways, i'm guessing both, god made Halloween for children to have fun and eat candy and do all the GREAT activities they can do. The devils made Halloween because he wants to scare every child on Halloween and want everyone to die and bring bad spirits/ demons on Halloween to haunt or kill them.
