200 dollars was saved
That is a question of opinion. And my opinion is yes as I truly believe it saved around a million lives.
Dropped the Atomic bomb because it saved time, money and American lives
They dropped in the city call Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The bomb for Hiroshima was the big and killed more people than Nagasaki's atomic bomb. I am sure that to dropping atomic bombs in Japan was mistake, even if they wanted to finish the war quickly. America said that to dropping the bomb in japan saved American solders life. But it also made Japanese people killed a lot. and we shouldn't use it forever and ever and never!
just because they felt like it
President Harry S. Truman. The decision to drop the two A bombs ended WW2 and saved countless lives. If the bombs had not been dropped, the Allies Would have invaded Japan and millions of more people would have died. It was the atomic bomb or invasion of Japan. Dropping the bomb saved far more lives than it killed.
The simplest and most cynical answer is that the US was on the winning side and Japan was on the losing side. But the more realistic answer is far more complex. The two atomic bombs brought about a quick surrender and saved millions of lives on both sides compared to conventional war for a year or longer.
It was dropped because it was a quick end to the war and saved American lives
Yes, the bomb costed 2,000,000,000$. This seems alot but in comparison to that 9 days of war cost the same ammount. So the money used on the bomb would have been used up in 18 days of war which is two weeks. Without the bomb the war would have gone on for months.
Absolutely, unquestionably.
The justification for the dropping of the two atomic bombs was to save lives. Without the atomic bombs America would have had to invade Japan and there would have been hundreds of thousands of casualties. If America had invaded Japan then many Americans and Japanese would have died in the urban warfare that would have ensued. The Japanese would have literally fought to the death, and the war would have lasted another year.I believe that the dropping of the atomic bombs saved more lives than were lost in the explosions.yes
Although using such a devastating weapon is always questioned, I believe the U.S. was justified to use the Atomic Bomb. Even the Japanese citizens were told to fight. By dropping the Atomic bomb, there was potentially less death, since no U.S. soldiers were harmed. The citizens would not have surrendered. Japan was not going to surrender, and so the Atomic bomb saved thousands of American lives, and shortened that terrible war
You can stop polluting and dropping chemicals and junk in there.
