any muscle milk is too much. its synthetic garbage with primarily soy protein and chemicals like acesulfame potassium. use a natural whey shake or onesource optimal nutrition for real, nutrition based muscle.
no, it will get you fat and was also not approved by the FDA. consider running into one of your local health and fitness stores and asking for something that would fit your needs either its for muscle growth or a dietary supplement. hope this helped <3
my source: i went into GMC Vitamin store and they told me it would be better to take a different type of protein which contains less calories and fats..
*it is also said to have a chemical in there that can cause your muscles to get used to being on muscle milk so when you stop taking the milk it slowly turns into fat..
Answer:
The above is a total lie. GNC wants to sell you their own supplements number one, and number two most of their associates have no clue what they are talking about. Muscles cannot not turn into fat just because you stop taking a supplement, it is not physiologically possible.
And no it is not bad for you, think of muscle milk as a combination of protein supplement and meal replacement. Each serving has about 250-350 calories with a lot of protein, some fat, and a little bit of carbs. I think it is a good supplement and many others do to because many companies such as EAS and Optimum have come out with their versions of it. Oh and if you want real info on supplements go into a real bodybuilding/supplement store not a GNC!!
the muscle will break if u don't drink the right amount of milk there is no such thing as drinking to much milk *edit* Actually there is such a thing as drinking too much milk (or anything as a matter of fact). Milk has been known throughout history to provide much needed nutrition and benefits for those who drink it. However after the introduction of 'pasturization' where they heat the milk to a certain temperature to prolong shelf life (this kills of germs as well as nutrients, but add vitamins etc into it later), and even worse 'homogenization' process which directly links to health problems such as high blood pressure and cholesterol, you may want to think again.
none. muscle milk is synthetic garbage and all soy protein. use a natural whey protein shake or onesource optimal nutrition for mass.
Combined with an effective weight training regimen Muscle milk will provide supplementation of needed protein and essential nutrients that will help in recovery of muscles and increased muscle growth. It is recommended that the Muscle milk be consumed post workout to maximize the effectiveness of the product but it may also be used a meal replacement.
If your making a cake, it could result in it being too sticky (too much milk) and not cooking properly, or not coming together (not enough milk) and being wayy too dry.
