It depends on what sort of 'evil' you mean. Like Vampires (Vampyres), Appirations, Ghosts, Ghouls, Demons etc. Or evil as in foul human beings who do evil things. I'm not closing my mind off to anything. I'm not going to say
'Yes. I am a total believer in all types of evil'
Nor will I say:
' No. It's a load of crap and any one who believes in it needs a mental hospital.'
In actual fact, I am a 'Slayer' of sorts and do believe in 'evil'. So I'm there to kick it's arse! If you need any more info, I am known as M.I.S.A. Look me up!
1% evil 20% mean 70% ignorant
Some Iranians are superstituous and believe in the evil eye. The majority of Iranians, however, do not. Historically, it was a much more common belief.
It is impossible to say how many people "believe in evil." Believing in evil does not constitute following or being that evil. There are people that belive in the Devil, but do not follow him. Belief is just acknowledging the existence of such a thing. There may be people that think evil is just a figment of our imaginations to make up for our lack of taking responsibility. However, most people probably realize that evil is (in my opinion) a very real thing. Even those that belive that there is good in everyone know that there may still be evil in some of them.
Many people do not believe in ESP. This is because there is no definitive scientific proof that it exists. However, studies show that it is plausible. The studies are there and the theories are slowly being formed. Many people think that people with ESP are witches, to which much of the population does not believe in.
I believe it was a mere .62 cents lol
No. The staff at Green Lake are pretty much the same, with each having a nasty personality. Those in the juvenile justice system believe that Stanley is evil, and his parents believe he is telling the truth.
Answer: No. Evil is a strong word. Hitler wasn't evil. He wanted the best for his people (German Aryan Race). He saw everyone else as an infidel. He did his wrong actions for the good of the people. Yes they were wrong, but they had a purpose, so evil only exists in the eyes of people who eat, sleep, and bathe in hatred.Answer: Yes, there is a such thing as evil. Hitler was an evil man. He wanted what was best for his people and ultimately had a purpose for his actions, but did evil things to achieve his goal. In turn and over time, it became clear that no matter how much suffering he caused and how much this was made clear to him, his character, personality, and over all being was that of an evil man; therefore, he was an evil man. "Evil" can be overused in certain cases, but not in his case.
The contention that masons are evil is a myth. Masons are a group that do charitable works throughout their respective communities. They are NOT a religion, but a fraternity. They DO NOT worship the devil, all masons MUST believe in God. They are a much maligned group.
i believe its because women get preg and when that happens their bodies lose maybe to much calcuim.
No such profession exists.
pretty much
Not all people do. Satan entered post-Exilic Judaism as the 'adversary' but under the instructions of God, tasked to test the righteousness of the faithful. Jews continue to see Satan as the loyal assistant of God, rather than as the devil of Christianity. It is in Christianity that Satan evolved to become the evil opponent of God, seeking to cause the faithful to deviate from righteousness and to destroy God's kingdom. Satan continued to evolve throughout much of the Middle Ages, at time as a figure of fun and sometimes with changes in how he exerts his wicked powers. He is now an essential part of Christian belief, but if you did not read about Satan in books you believe to be true you would have no reason to think that he exists. In fact, why should we believe a being exists if we can not even decide whether he helps God or opposes him?
