Yes it can. Use the recommended ratio of oil and gas ratio. Too much oil can cause a lean fuel to air ratio and make the engine run hot. heat kills engines. 32:1=4oz 40:1=3.2oz 50:1=2.6oz
Electric chainsaws do not use gas !! They do however use oil on the chain.
My 75 Johnson is 50:1. If you use a synthetic oil you won't need to worry about it and no more smoke from too much oil
I have one of these my self and the answer is quite simple. i use a 50:1 fuel-oil mix ratio Hope this helps.
The gas-oil mixture ratio on a 2005 powermax 50cc scooter is usually about 5% in the ratio of 20:1. For the tuned scooters they use 3% on the ratio of 32:1.Ê
Todays fuels and oil generally are 50:1 mix ratio. Use a name brand oil and mix it to the ratio it specifies is the rule.
A 50:1 ratio is 2.5 - 3 ounces of 2 cycle oil, per gallon of fuel. In larger measure, one pint of oil, to six gallons of fuel.
50:1 with Echo oil use 100ml of echo oil to 5 liters gas
Either 3 parts oil to 5 parts of the other stuff or 5 parts oil to 3 parts of the other stuff (your question is not clear enough to indicate which).
could anyone help me i have a 2001 Honda cr80 and could anyone tell me how much coolant do i put in the radiator and what mix ratio for the fuel also what would be the best engine oil to use cheers Chris
The fuel to oil ratio for a 2000 model, 25 hp Mercury outboard, is 50:1. Use one pint of two cycle oil, to six gallons of fuel.
the ratio should be aproximately 16 to 1. so for every 6 gallons of gas you should use 8 ounces of oil
