4L should do it .

Remove fuel tank
take it to a pro
dot. 3 fluid.
It takes the green Antifreeze
unskew the bolts
5W30 weight is factory specs.
87 or 89 is what the factory says to use.
I have a v6, and the best oil for it is 5w30,
