It should be a constant flow as long as the oil pump is turning.

If your engine light has come on for your 1993 GMC Jimmy, you need to take you car in for service. You should make sure that you have enough oil in your car.
A 1993 Ford Aerostar would have come from the factory with ( 5W-30 )
No. You will need a maintainance guide from Haynes which is available at Autozone. If you do not have any internal engine mechanical experience, do not attempt this. Take it to a mechanic. Good answer. The pushrods will not have instructions. You may also find the Haynes book or other type repair manuals at your local library. Read all about it and see if you have the tools and time to do the work. The valve cover(s) have to come off and maybe a lot of other things to get to the valve covers.
Yes. The L05 (350) engine in the B-body used a hyd. roller cam, as did the L03 (305). The same code engines used in GM trucks did not come from the factory with the roller cam. Although the block has the provisions to upgrade to the roller assembly, it only came with a hyd. flat tappet cam. If you were to change one over, don't forget the pushrods (they are shorter with the roller setup).
just take the big engine cover inside the veh, and the whole engine will come to your eyes.
directly above the water pump is an elbow-joint where the upper radiator hose connects to the engine....this is where the thermostat is...........remove the elbow (3 bolts) and it should come right out
No it will not, the dx did not come with the v-tec engine and the ex did. There are 2 different distributors used.
It sounds like you've thrown a rod.
The 1993 Fleetwoods did not come with a LT1 engine. The engine is a L05, 350ci with 185 horsepower with throttle body fuel injection. The LT1 350ci with 260 horsepower was used in the 94, 95, and 96 Fleetwoods.
What engine light? The check engine light should come on when you first start the vehicle and then go out after a few seconds. If it does not the bulb may be burnt out or has been removed.
