the oil dipstick has crosses on it indicating the ideal level of oil for any vehicle, simply add oil a little bit at a time till your oil is at the correct level. oil will then have to be added periodically to maintain the proper level. also if you are wondering how much to buy they sell it in 5 quart jugs which in my experience will fill just about any car, usually with one quart to spare, but this varies depending on the size of the engine.
