Where can I get a wiring harness diagram for a 2002 suzuki 500 quad runner
its engraved in the side of the engine, not sure what yours is but my 2x4 is 3500ml, its a little less than 4 quarts
for instant sexing!!
I found it under the front shroud that houses the front lights. I also discovered it is NOT a King Quad... it's the predecessor... the Quadrunner 4x4.
The 1987 230 was a four stroke. They had several variations including a quad sport with a manual clutch. They were very strong quads, I regretted parting with mine in a trade for a king quad 4x4. I liked the lighter 230s much better. Take care.
The model designation is located on the left rear upright on the frame. This is stamped in the tube behind the rear tire. It is a 13 digit of letters and numbers. You then have to take this to a Suzuki dealer to find out the year and model of your unit. The ID of my Suzuki 250 Quadrunner 4x4 1992 is JSAAJ45A1N2100642. Hope this helps.

Yes, the 1998 Suzuki LTF 500 Quadrunner is all time 4 wheel drive. Warn has made a disconnect for other brand 4wheelers but nobody has made one for our quad yet.
