There are a few factors that will affect the strength of opium tea and therefore the amount required to become intoxicated. These factors include whether seeds or poppy pods are used, the amount used, how strong the pods/seeds are, whether the user already takes opiates frequently and whether the water has been boiled off.
It would be better to ask the amount of seeds or pods required. For a novice user 3-5 average pods or two giant pods should be enough. As strains have been developed to contain little alkaloids in the seeds you may be unlucky enough to not become intoxicated from any amount but 300-500g of regular seed should make you high.
Answer: Not much should happen, although you might feel jittery from the caffeine.
I definitely don't feel the effects of alcohol as much on Suboxone, much like other opioid medications act. If I do feel a little hung over, the Sub seems to help me feel better.

Norco is a combination medication that contains hydrocodone and acetaminophen. It does not contain opium or opium-derived compounds. Instead, hydrocodone is a semi-synthetic opioid derived from codeine, which is itself derived from opium, but the specific amount of opium in a 5 mg tablet of Norco is effectively zero.
