General guideline is: inhale air with about 20% O2, exhale with about 16% but you have to consider that you are replacing that inhaled oxygen with exhaled carbon dioxide so its approximately 4 % of tidal volume breath = 0.28 mL/kg. So really we need to know how much you weigh before we can answer that question.

Air contains about 21% oxygen, so the candle in air might only burn 21% as long as a candle in oxygen. Of course, that does not include other variables, like the candle burning in oxygen will burn hotter, melting the candle wax sooner.
