General guideline is: inhale air with about 20% O2, exhale with about 16% but you have to consider that you are replacing that inhaled oxygen with exhaled carbon dioxide so its approximately 4 % of tidal volume breath = 0.28 mL/kg. So really we need to know how much you weigh before we can answer that question.

An Avg. breath is an avg. of 20% O2, the avg. body uses around 4% of that O2, so on avg. someone would exhale about 16% O2.
