preping is the big key. every thing has to be clean. make all necessary repairs.every paint mfg. has their own brand of concrete paint. find one you like than follow the instructions. make sure the paint supplier knows exactly what the conditions are & what you hope to accomplish.

Use an airless sprayer for the fastest application on most walls after priming the bare surface with a block fill primer.
