Assuming you mean "How much of the water on Earth is fresh water", about 5% of the water on the Earth is fresh water, as opposed to about 95% salt water.
To anser your question directly though, 100% of the fresh water we know about is on Earth. There is some water on other celestial bodies, but I wouldn't exactly call it fresh water.

It depends on how you are defining the word 'produces'. If you are talking about how much fresh water is pumped and used by humans, I don't know the answer. But, if you mean how much fresh water is available in a country, I would go with Brazil, because of the Amazon River. The Amazon by itself is said to have about 20% of the world's total river flow. I read somewhere that the Amazon Basin contains about 10% of the earth's total fresh water. Since the vast majority of the Amazon Basin lies within Brazil, Brazil must contain more fresh water than any other country. But, much of that fresh water flows out into the Atlantic Ocean and is not used by humans.
Earth lies in the Godlilocks region of our Sun. The perfect conditions for water to exist in 3 forms: Ice, Liquid and Water vapour.
The Earth's crust lies above the mantle.
The Earth contains four spheres: hydrosphere, atmosphere, geosphere, and biosphere . The hydrosphere is a dynamic mass of water that is continually on the move. It represents water that is at or near Earth's surface. The hydrosphere comprises 71 percent of Earth's surface and 97 percent of Earth's water. Freshwater, underground water, streams, lakes, ice, and glaciers are included in the hydrosphere. The atmosphere is the Earth's gaseous envelope. It is thin and tenuous and it protects us from the sun's heat and ultraviolent radiation. The largest of the four spheres is the geosphere, which is solid Earth, the interior and solid surface. It lies beneath the atmosphere and the oceans, and it extends from the surface to the center of our planet. The biosphere is the totality of all plant and animal life, and it has a strong influence on the other spheres due to its constant interaction with them.
The mantle lies above the outer core of the earth.
