So the Media, either it is print or electronic has to be very much responsibe, authentic, biasless, emotionfree and database. In case of normal incidents media should transform the news as it is or was. But in case of communal riots etc, media should not focus the scene as like as it is. Because it may make people more violent. So in that case media has to play a crucial role. You havenot blackout the news, at the same time you have to be very much selective in time of publishing or broadcusying. In case of a blast media should follow the same ethics.
