What I can tell you is that Chickenpox is an infection that is caused by the Varicella Zoster Virus. Viruses are very small organisms that can cause serious infections. Currently, modern medicine isn't able to cure viruses, only prevent them. In some cases, we are able to develop a "vaccine" against a virus. Vaccines are administered before a person is exposed to infection and often times will help them develop an immunity to disease. There is currently no cure for Chickenpox, however there has been a vaccine developed.
