R22
No
As of now, Air conditioner uses R22 refrigerant. In coming days ACs will come with refrigerants such as R410A, R407C etc.
The pressure for an R410a air conditioner system should be 118psi LP and 412psi HP. This is the same pressure as an R22 air conditioner.
short answer: Only people with and EPA certification may purchase R22 and/or R410A refrigerants.

Unless you are epa certified you shouldn't add any r22 to your air conditioner. And if you are, you should probably already know... It depends on what type of unit it is. Is it a central split unit or a window unit?
No. r410a runs at a much higher pressure.
what should high side on R22 on air conditiner
Most home systems use r22 which requires a license to purchase. The only refrigerant available to the consumer is automotive r134a.
Alot
Probably not, how long did it run before the mix up was discovered? All of the refrigerant has to come out and be properly disposed of, then a good evacuation and recharge. You did not say which refrigerant was the correct one for the machine, but either way it all has to go.
