This question can not be anwsered factual but of my option from living here.

Northern Ireland doesn't have that much rasism but has the promblem of prominent sectarianism. Although because there is so few black people and other nationalities in Northern Ireland, this means that people there arn't used to these other races and may see them as alien-like people and become rasist towards them.
