Generally, research stations follow the guideline -- clean up after yourself. All waste produced is either burned, or is bagged and returned to the country that supports the research station. As a result, there is no waste to speak of in Antarctica.

Per the Antarctic Treaty -- no waste is dumped in Antarctica. Waste that cannot be burned is bagged and sent back to the country supporting the facility where the waste was produced.

People who live and work in Antarctica are generally conscientious about not littering. Random litter is also picked up by random humans who find such litter.

No rubbish is left on the continent. Rubbish that is not burned there, is retro-d back to its country of origin.

Not much. Guidelines of the Antarctic Treaty support logistical evacuation of all rubbish from the continent which cannot be burned.
