a plant can't take much salt There is no definite answer. Just don't take the salt shaker to your plant.
I believe they are the type that prefer to be in full sun, but will also tolerate partial shade. Too much shade, however, and your berry crop will be compromised. Check out the link below for more info.
i wish i could help u there sorry im askingthe same ?...
im pretty sure you can grow them in the U.S. one of the most important things is to keep them in the sun. they will tolerate a little shade but to much and they wont survive.
For almost all plants yes. it depends on the plant on how much sunlight it needs though. Usually it will say on the tag when you buy the plant. It will say full sun, partial shade/sun, full shade
No. In my experience, they actually tend to do better in about 6 - 8 hours of sun. Too much sun can cause scorching, since they are a little tender and don't like to dry out too much. I would say that they can still thrive in as low as 4 hours of light. They can tolerate more shade but they won't bloom or grow as well.
if there are 7 blocks shade 2
how much do you prune an hibiscus bush before winter You should never cut back any more than 1/3 of the plant at any time. Pruning is not recommended before winter, it should only be done after any danger of frost or freezing. They should be protected in the winter when it does freeze as they are a tropical plant.
Some type of plants will tolerate more than others. Like African violets won't like a long dry spell, they will dye out in the crown and then may or may not come back with multiple small suckers in the crown area. Pothos are pretty hardy and will withstand a lot of abuse. So again, it depends on the variety and type of plant.
