Does it matter? The girl should be happy and active ( if possible). When you look at someone you know they are overweight, but at her age she is still growing and needs a fat layer to be healthy. Being 'overweight' ( using the term loosely) for a short period of time at her age isn't going to cause major problems, in fact it is totally normal. Again being stick thin can just be temporary, however underweight children are more likely to suffer health problems. It all depends on genetics.
