According to one source between about 54kg (121 lbs) and 72 kg (160 lbs) is an "ideal" healthy weight. But I think if you feel healthy and are happy that is far more important! :) Depends on height and bone structure. A good rule of thumb is 100lbs for first 5 ft and 5-6 pounds per inch after that. For example a female that is 5'7 should way 100 plus 7x5=35 or 7x6=42.....135 to 142. Depends on height and bone structure.
