A. You shouldn't be an alcoholic so it's hardly ideal, but if you have a small build then 160- 190 pounds, medium build 180-210 pounds, big build 200-250 pounds, but it can really vary, also depending on age etc. Being an alcoholic shouldn't make you weigh much more than regular.
