i mostly depends, if you are 80 or below. then you are so under weigh that it is unhealthy. and i would recommend that you would take sometime (when i say sometime i mean along time) off of your sport (if you had one). And, eat some food that have high sugar, sodium and calories (candy) and try to get it up to 100.

if you weigh 81 to 99, then you are under weigh. it is pretty much the same as the 80 or below. Just time about a week off of your sport (if you have on). And, just eat food that have high sugar, sodium and calories (candy).

If you've 100 to 120 then you are just perfect.

If you've 120 or above then you are over weigh. i recommend you get a physical exercise. And, eat less candy and other stuff that is bad for you.
