How much should a ten year old work out a day?

In my nutrition class,we say 60min. for children and teens. this can be anything! and doesnt have to be all at once. if your just trying to be healthy, 60min. is good. if you need to gain weight, you could do less/ or /if you need to lose weight, you could do more.
