It depends on your frame. If you are a small frame your ideal weight should be between 140-148lbs, medium and large frame are the same 145-157lbs. I researched this question for my husband and myself. Hope this helps.

150 lbs, though I am 5' 8'' and I weigh about 160, because of the thickness of my bones and my wide shoulders, even though I work out a lot. 150lbs, give or take 10 lbs on your body type.
