well, I am 15 myself and i am 5'8. I am thin and weigh around 145 lbs. I also have built up muscle in my legs though from running track and muscle weighs more than fat. I looked it up and took a little calculator test if you will and it also told me that the range for our height is from 108-159 pounds.

I would say about 132-170 lbs. would be healthy, depending on the bone frame, musculature, and genetics for males, and 120-159 lbs. for females
