A healthy weight would be about from 50-60 kg or about 110-120 pounds. A little below or above that I'm sure would still be healthy. Your weight shud be around 50 kg..If you are a male...

For female it shud be around 45 Kg.

The basic weight -height relation is...

Males:

Weight in Kg = Height in Cm - 100

Females:

Weight in Kg= Height in Cm- 105

In your case ,as your height is 150 cm....So acc. to that relation it shud be like that....

About 130 is considered a healthy weight.

I am 5'7 and I was told by many doctors that my healthy weight is 140-150 even though I would rather be 135 in a perfect world. In addition, I am a fitness coach and run assesments everyday.

I am 5'5 and weigh 110lbs. Though if I was not so muscular I would not weigh this much.

The average ideal weight range for someone 5'5 is about 115-145 pounds if you're a female. If you're a male, though, it's more like 125-145 pounds.
