u should wiegh about 120 lbs if ur a boy and 110 if ur a girl. 120 lbs would be a fairly decint weight but it depends on how tall you are. thats true my friend.

it mainly depends on height, but i would say that a good weight for a teen at thirteen is about 130- 149 at possible results from 5' TO 6'.
