Depends on what the footing is holding. Typically, the reinforcing is place each direction in the bottom 3" of the footing. A top mat is sometimes required as is verical and horizontal bands, again dependent on the application required. The project engineer should have a designation of what and how much reinforcing is reqd.
Steel is heavier than concrete for the same volume, however steel buildings are generally lighter. This is because steel buildings utilize high strength of steel, so volume of steel in steel buildings is much smaller than volume of concrete in concrete buildings. In another words in steel buildings much less volume of material is needed for the same strength compared to concrete buildings.
The steel reinforcement used will depend on several factors. Column length, beam length, and the column and beam cross section all depend on how much steel will be needed.

Steel is good for projects that require a high strength and durability. Steel isn't the lightest material around so it isn't great for aircraft missles, race cars and motorcycles. It is however much less expensive than aluminum , titanium and other metals with high strength to weight ratios. Steel also is not good for projects that require high electrical or heat conductivity or that require a high resistance to corrision.
This would be calculated by how much weight is above the footings.
Your question is all about personal preference. Stainless steel grills are nice but require a lot of cleaning as dirt shows much more on stainless steel appliances. There is no denying that it is a good quality grill though.
stainless steel is great for any piercing. It works well with sensitive ears but its so much cheaper than gold or silver. Some people still reject piercings or require gold or silver for very sensitive ears but stainless steel or titanium is fine. stainless steel is great for any piercing. The answer to this question depends on the answer to several other questions. If you are looking to buy silverware on a strict budget then stainless steel is a good buy. If you want silverware for every day use then stainless steel is a good choice. Stainless steel also does not require much maintenance and is very durable. It does not stain and is a great choice.
How much steel use in 2nd floor
Footing for chimneys should usually be double the width of the concrete block. For example, an 8-foot concrete block should have a 16-foot wide footing.
200 kg of steel. Steel is denser than aluminum (so, more stuff to heat in 200 kg of steel than in 200 kg of aluminum), and 200 kg is twice as much as 100 kg (so, more stuff to heat in 200 kg of steel than in 100 kg.)
It Depends on how long it is;)
steel is worth about $0.10 per kilo
