The regular protocol is typical which is one 8MG Suboxone in the morning and one 8MG later in the afternoon. After the first 24 hours just about all of the Roxicodone will be neutralized and out of the system and have no effect.

It is excreted through urine and can be can be detected in urine. Use of antidepressant will not mask presence of Roxicodone in urine. The drug might not get deducted in urine because of lower concentration or time lapse between consumption and detection. or due to diluted urine due to excessive consumption of water and use of diuretics

If you have a tolerance to 10mg hydrocodone, a 30mg Roxicodone pill would still be way too strong. Oxycodone is 1.5x stronger than hydrocodone to begin with so a Roxicodone 30mg pill would be equal to about 4 and a half of the pills you are taking now. Oxycontin is prescribed for chronic pain because useres only have to take 2 pills a day for all day pain relief.
