This depends on the beer. A wellknown advert in Britain and Ireland used to say "Most of the sugar turns to alcohol"., so it's generally low. However, beer if full of calories. if that's your 'real' question. For 100 ml of beer you're talking about between 30 and 45 kCal.

How much sugar is in a glass of wine really depends on the type of wine. A glass of dry wine can have about 5 grams of sugar while a sweeter wine may have 15 grams of sugar per 8 ounce glass. Beer does NOT have sugar in it!!

Beer should have very little sugar in it. The yeast has eaten most of it and converted it to alcohol.

Beer contains a little maltose, so it is recommended to eat before drinking beer if you have hypoglycemia, for instance. I could not find any data about the exact sugar content, as it is always listed as 0 grams in the Nutrition Facts label, as the law permits when it is very low. It probably varies between the brands.

"Light" beers have been washed out with water so probably contain less maltose in proportion.

Most of the carbohydrate content listed in the Nutrition Facts label are usually under 10 grams per serving, and represent the alcohol content. The serving does not seem to be a can or a bottle, as a 12 fl oz can of 4.2% light beer contains 15 grams of alcohol.

Most of the sugar from the malt is consumed during the first fermentation though, as fermentation needs to be complete before the next stage of beer making starts.

Refined sugar may be added for the second fermentation to produce the carbonation effect, however this sugar is also entirely consumed in order to produce more alcohol and CO2 that will dissolve in the liquid and make it fizzy.

Some specialty beers like the Belgian Gueuze Lambic that contains partially fermented beer or the Kriek Lambic that contains sour cherries, can be mildly to overly sweet because of the sugar naturally present (not added refined sugar though).
