wow It doesnt help you lose weight. you lose water beacsue it causes you to sweat. When you drink again, it just goes back on! Not ideal. :-)
You lose mostly just sweat.
It all depends on how much you work out. You loose water when you sweat and how much you sweat is how much water you loose. It is always important to stay hydrated while working out and all the time!
No when the athlete competes in a competition and wins they get money so if they lose they might have a back up job
No, sweat belts only make you lose water weight. Its a common misconception that they help with losing stomach fat though.
if you exercise, you sweat. if you sweat you lose water. if you lose water, your body will have a much harder time building muscle or even functioning properly.
Lizards can because they are warm blooded animals and they can sweat reason being is because they lose water
Yes. You perspire to lose heat- from the evaporation of the sweat. In high humidity, sweat evaporates poorly, so you sweat more (because you are cooled less).
Sure. Muscles that aren't used will shrink. An athlete that stops exercising will lose muscle
I think its different for everybody. I exercise on the treadmill for one hour and usually sweat so much that i lose more than 2 quarts.
A hobby for an athlete could be knitting or crocheting. It takes some concentration not to lose a stitch but not enough concentration to stress over it.
