well, if you mean how much time do you keep the pancakes in the pan.. it actually depends on how high your temperature is and what kind of pan you have. It also depends on if you want them darker or lighter.
what i do is i wait until it is easy to flip, then i flip it over to the other non cooked side, and then wait until that side is easy to flip.. you just wait till its the darkness you like them..
