Yes, you can go to jail for battery, delinquency of a minor, and fighting in public. How much time you can spend in jail will depend on your local and state laws.
If tried a a juvenile, a minor may be committed to the custody of the state until they become an adult. That could be a very long time.
For Britian, the War of 1812 was a minor matter, as they were much more concerned with fighting Napoleon at that time; and the vast majority of their forces were commited to the fighting in Europe.
well he/she couldn't be charged as an adult and it depends on how old he/she is and why he/she has drugs usually on cases ive heard of the minor is in possetion of drugs because an adult tries to hide the drugs by giving them to a minor but i guess the kid might go to detention home for a while the time depending on how much they are in possetion of
possible jail time and a restraint.
Class d mistominor could get in a lot of trouble the minor and the person of age supplying the alochol, its a ticket and a fine for the minor i believe and jail time for the adult in most places
No jail time, just sexual harassment charges.
A while
they fight mostly all the time !
Oh yes there are. That crossing the state line with a minor makes it a federal crime and hard time if arrested. Not only is an 18 year old an adult and the 15 year old a minor but the charge of rape could also be applied. Are you ready to do the time?
It depends. If the minor is charged with an adult, the potential prison time is likely similar to that of an adult charged with the same crime. If the minor is charged in juvenile court, the max/min penalties are probably set by the state.
You're talking serious stuff. Kidnapping is a v-e-r-y serious offense whether you're a juvenile or an adult. You will not get a slap on the wrist for it. At the very least you're looking at some serious time in a juvenile facility and if they try you as an adult, possibly time in the state penitientiary.
