I am not sure of the time frame, but it will take a bit. I was in Russia a year ago and in seeing the roads and how things are laid out I am sure it wouldn't be an easy trip. The trip from Moscow (West) to Vladivostok (East) will take you 7 days by train.

Russia is a huge country. It is the largest country (in terms of area) in the world. So, the direction from Russia to Australia depends where you are in Russia! If you are standing in West Russia (furthest to left on a world map, near Ukraine and Finland) then Australia will be roughly South-East from where you are. If you are standing in East Russia (furthest to right of world map, near Japan and Alaska) then Australia is pretty much due South. The further to the West you go in Russia, the more East Australia is from you, and the further to the East you go in Russia, the more directly South Australia is from you.
Most of Russia east of the Ural Mountains is referred to as Siberia.

The continent of Europe, most directly western Russia (including Moskow) and Ukraine.

The West. Even though the East has the Appalaichan Mountains, the Rockies are still much longer and bigger.
Asia is said to be east of the Prime Meridian because it is much farther going west to Asia.
It depends on your location. Depending on where you are Pakistan could be north, south, east, or west.
