If you are not Thai, you can't. Other than that - as you might (or should) expect, it depends on where the land is, the type of land, what rights to the land comes with the deed, and so on. Minimum would be artound 200,000 baht these days - most is 500,000 upwards. In a city it would easily be 5 or 10 times that amount - or even more. Not all land has a Chanote (a full deed) - much land only has NorSor 3 or less - under 3 (2 or 1) can be taken back by the government at no cost as the land does not belong top you only the right to use it at the governments disgression.
