First, take a language class. If you call it that nobody will know what you are talking about. Then, take a good long look at yourself and decide whether or not you really were born into the wrong body or not. Generally, you know this from the time you are born. If you have relatives and friends that can be supportive towards you, that is wonderful. However, if you are like most people, you do not have all of the support you need to go through this. See a psychologist (not a psychiatrist) in your area that does sessions for gender issued people. A good one will not try to convince you either way...just coach you a little bit so you can be sure that's what you want.
