First, take a language class. If you call it that nobody will know what you are talking about. Then, take a good long look at yourself and decide whether or not you really were born into the wrong body or not. Generally, you know this from the time you are born. If you have relatives and friends that can be supportive towards you, that is wonderful. However, if you are like most people, you do not have all of the support you need to go through this. See a psychologist (not a psychiatrist) in your area that does sessions for gender issued people. A good one will not try to convince you either way...just coach you a little bit so you can be sure that's what you want. Finally, I hear Thailand does more transgender surgeries a month than the USA does in a year. Good luck to you sister!
You can't buy anything to remove this condition. It has to be removed by dermatologist using, for example, a CO2 laser. I have this too and I am also Filipino.
yes because i know someone who has it under the head of the penis on the lower skin
No. Pearly penile papules aren't even a disease, they are a normal genetic variation, such as a hairy chest. The papules aren't harmful at all, and aren't a symptom of a disease. The other common penile variation is fordyce spots, which are bumps like a chicken skin on your scrotum and penile shaft, these are just enlarged sebum glands (kind of like foliculitis) PPP are not harmful at all, and also are not contagious. If you man or woman were to suck you off, there'd be no problem, as it's basically just discoloured raised bumps. I hope you're relieved. :)
Yes, Trinidad and Tobago has medical facilities that can provide treatment for Pearly Penile Papules (PPP). While PPP is generally harmless and doesn’t require treatment, those seeking to remove them can consult a dermatologist or urologist for options like laser therapy or surgical excision. It is important to discuss any concerns with a healthcare professional to determine the best course of action.
Many uncircusised men have pearly penile papules. They are not harmful
Tea tree oil does not cure PPP. It nearly dries them out and they come back quickly if you moisturize or even skip a treatment. CO2 lazer does the trick for about 800$
Pertaining to the penis, e.g., penile fracture or penile implant.
You can be affected by Penile cancer even if you don't or haven't had Penile cancer. For example- say their was a lady called Sue and she had a daughter called Olivia but Sue also has Penile cancer. Olivia would also be affected. It would affect her in a sad kind of way. I mean Olivia would be worried and upset. So Penile cancer can also affect those without Penile cancer just as much as it dose affect those who do have Penile cancer. So you really should not make jokes about anything to do with Penile cancer, unless everyone is OK with you making the joke and won't get upset and tell on you.
