If you want to use another charger... it MUST have the same voltage and mA/h rating as your existing charger - AND the same connector to attach to your phone.
Try a universal charger. They usually come with various adapters for use with different equipment. Just make sure you set the voltage correctly,
no the voltage is different it would short it out
Yes, you can use a voltage converter with your cell phone charger in Europe. However, make sure the converter is suitable for appliances rated between 500-1600 watts to prevent damage and ensure proper functioning. Be cautious of potential overheating issues when using high-wattage devices with a voltage converter.
yes cause you can play ds and dsi while charging
The volts MUST match exactly, the polarity MUST match exactly, and the milliamps MUST be the same or more. The unit will use what it needs, even if to much is being offered. On the other hand, too few milliamps will BURN THE UNIT OUT! So on top of loosing your equipment, you could loose your life also ... since it is a major fire hazard! Clearly the voltage is not the same. The phone needs 7V, the charger is at 9V. Mismatching voltage will not work. Using a power supply with a maximum current rated below what is required will result in 1) the supply voltage dropping, and 2) the device generating additional heat. Such low power requirements do not present a serious hazard, fire or otherwise. However, the higher voltage will likely seriously damage the phone. Had the supply you chose been rated at 7V 400mA, the phone would likely still charge, albeit much more slowly.
Use a charger.
I wouldnt recommend it. You never know wht could happen to your phone using a cheap charger or a charger that matches all phones the best bet is ordering one from apple.
You can - but it will take longer for the phone to charge.
No, by doubling the input voltage to the charger which is just a transformer you will be doubling the output of the charger. Batteries like to be charged at about a volt and a half above their working voltage.
It is a cell phone charger that you can take with you. A cell phone charger is what you use to keep your battery from dying. You will need to charge your phone once a week or so.
The Compaq Presario charger uses a voltage of 100-240 volts. You can find out more about the specifications of this charger on websites such as All New Battery and Toms Hardware.
