There is no voltage in three phase wire. The ability of wire to carry voltage is dependant upon the insulation that surrounds the wire. The thicker the insulation the higher the voltage potential can become. Three standard insulation voltages are 300, 600 and 1000 volts.

Up to 5 wires can be used in a three phase system, with 3 live wires, 1 neutral and 1 ground (earth).

A 4-wire system is common for groups of houses or small businesses. These are three live wires and a neutral. The ground wire is locally connected to ground rod(s) and cold water pipes and gas pipes at each property.

For medium and high voltage power distribution a 3-wire system is commonly used consisting of three live wires. When the system is balanced, with equal currents in all three live wires, no neutral is needed.

That depends on what the 3 phase power is used for, but for home uses that need 3 phase it would be between about 200V and about 280V.

In industry 3 phase is much more widely used and ranges from about 200V to about 900V.

Distribution and transmission lines are usually 3 phase. Long distance transmission line 3 phase can be higher than 1,000,000V.

It varies. I have seen three phase systems all the way from 240 volts to 345 kilovolts. Typically, they run 480 volt but, again, it depends on the application and the region of the country.
