you need to know the PITCH of the drain line to give an proper answer
All drains slope 1/4 inch per foot, minimum. Too much slope, though, can mean pulling water out of the trap or goose neck on a toilet.
Metered roof drains are installed on flat roof systems. Their primary purpose is to allow a small amount of water to drain through them, and allow for water to pool on a roof top. This pooling allows for the sewage treatment plants not to be overwhelmed by the rain water. The metered roof drains must be spaced 50 feet from the roof edge and 100 feet from another metered roof drain. Each metered roof drain has 4 weirs built into its body. By removing weirs you can control the amount of water that will drain. The more weirs removed the faster the roof will drain. The roof must be engineered to hold the weight of the pooling water. More information can be found on the web sites from the manufacturers of metered roof drains. Zurn, Mifab etc.
Depending on the type of drain pipe referred to, "Yes", it can have too much drop or "fall". Specifically sewer drains, as too much drop allows the liquids to leave the solid material behind, causing a blockage. The water outruns the solids.
There are 3-4 drains on the under side of the frame on each side. These can become clogged from leaves and mud and other things. When they get clogged water cannot escape and can enter the cabin. Clear these drains and water will come out of the frame. I used a thin nail and a plastic zip tie.
Yes, there are 4 drains at each corner of the sunroof which sometimes get clogged.
Partial blockage. Snake the drain.
The drains that drain water from the run-off from the convertible top in the rear have stopped up. The drains are located under the rocker panels just in front of the rear wheels. On the 2004 and up, the drains are square and covered by a rubber flap. They are hard to see, but you can feel them and push the rubber flap up with your finger and squirt water from a garden hose up into the square drain holes. You will probably see dirty water full of crud drain out if you will hold the rubber flaps open. I also put the convertible top about half down and thoroughly rinse the interior space where the rainwater runs down to the drains. On earlier convertibles, the drains are little louvers on the bottom of the rocker panels and are not covered by a rubber flap.
4 quarts
I'll tell you what's not in the manual. A little thing that was left out. You have to buy a small sump pump at your nearby Ace or hardware store. Make sure that it drains it down to at least 1/4 ". And 1/5 of a HP or somewhere near that.
its 4 quartz
depends if drain is clogged or not
