Hey,self hypnosis is not the solution.. it can lead to other unwanted consequences like depression, starvation, etc.
don't opt for hypnosis. the safest & quickest way is to just eat healthy and exercise. ie- eat small meals every 2-3 hours which contains fruit, veges and protein.. do not eat after 7 pm and drink loads of water and green tea. (really helps) also,an hour of walking or preferably jogging or running every morning will surely do the trick.. in this way you'll be able to burn more calories than you consume and you will lose upto 3 kgs in a week.
You can't lose weight from hypnosis directly. What hypnosis does is change your views and make you want to be healthy. Weight loss is consuming less calories than your body needs, a caloric deficit. This can be made easier with hypnosis for some people, but is by no means necessary.
Weight loss can be achieved through hypnosis because sometimes weight gain is an emotional side effect. Some people eat because they are sad, depressed, or lonely. Hypnosis is a wonderful tool because it can help train the body to understand the difference between eating your feelings, or eating for sustenance.
One can treat weight loss with self hypnosis in many ways. One can tell oneself to stay away from unhealthy foods that does not progress weight gain.
You'll wake up yourself.
There are several types of hypnosis techniques, including traditional hypnosis, Ericksonian hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and self-hypnosis. Traditional hypnosis involves inducing a trance-like state to access the subconscious mind, while Ericksonian hypnosis uses indirect suggestions and language patterns. NLP combines hypnosis with language techniques to change behavior patterns, and self-hypnosis involves inducing a hypnotic state on oneself for self-improvement or relaxation.
Hypnosis for weight loss is a fairly new method that people are using to get the weight off once and for all. It's not very popular, but it does exist and people do use it. You might be considering using hypnosis as a means for getting yourself into the right mindset for weight loss. It helps to know that hypnosis for weight loss is really only recommended for those who cannot lose weight no matter how hard they condition their thinking for it. Additionally, if you find that you're not losing weight despite your efforts, hypnosis for weight loss could work for you also.
Self hypnosis is the act of telling yourself something is true (or not) and believeing it. Deep meditation is a form of "Free-thinking" or letting yourself think without limitations or distraction. I can see how you can obscure those two but meditation is completely different from hypnosis even though you are in the same state in bolth!
When you exercise, you feel good about yourself. Exercise long enough, you start to lose weight. Then you really feel good about yourself. The better you feel about how you look, the more self confidence you have
There are quite a few resources out there for hypnosis. You can look in your Yellowpages to see if there are any near you. Ben Chew is a certified hypnotherapist that can do a variety of self improvement things, including weight loss.
It depends, if you are fat and you lose weight then you might have better self esteem but if you get too skinny you might feel not so good about yourself.

Being overweight is caused by overeating in an effort to gain missing nutrition, and so giving our bodies as close to optimum nutrition as possible will stop food cravings & tendency to overeat. Then we become the weight that is normal for us. Good luck.
you can not because the undone is already undone...............
Yes. Hypnosis and self hypnosis have been demonstrated to be useful. Not many rigorous medical studies have been done but there is enough evidence out there to suggest many can benefit. Hypnosis is also good for addressing many conditions that affect blood pressure. for example reducing stress/relaxation, losing weight, stopping smoking and reducing alcohol addiction. I have added a link to a site on self hypnosis which can give you more information.
Hypnosis or self-hypnosis is commonly used as a method of natural breast enhancement, so yes you can be hypnotised or hypnotise yourself for this purpose as it is a widely recognised method of promoting breast growth. There are various self-hypnosis or hypnotherapy tapes available for this purpose, and there is also a forum dedicated to the subject, but it does not appear to have a great many reports of success and other methods of natural breast growth appear to be more popular.
