Gamestop (EB Games) sells 3DS at MSRP, which is, as of October 2013, $169.99
Gamestop and other retailers that sell the 3DS and other systems may sometimes offer a specific game for free when you buy that system, as well as offer bundles provided by the manufacturer. However, these retailers will not always be running a "free game" promotion.
You should be able to buy it at most stores that sell 3DS Games such as Gamestop, EB Games, Walmart, Best Buy and Future Shop.
Amazon will pay up to $35 for the game and I'm not sure what Gamestop will pay

There are many places to buy 3ds games. The best places that I suggest to find these new and hard to find games are GameStop or Game X-Change. Also you can look in store or online at Wal-Mart, Best Buy and Target.
