Slower music has benefits, such as relaxation of tension. Faster music can waek you up, and improve atheletic abilities. So just sit back, relax, and turn the volume up.
Depending on the music you listen to, it can change your emotions (happy, sad, etc.). If you don't listen to music much, though, it may not have much of an effect on you.

Music can change a persons mood completely. When a persons sad or nervous they can listen to their favourite song and all of a sudden your in a much better mood. Music can even make you sad. If its a very beautiful song it can make you cry too.
