Sony has the system at reduced pricing on November 3 2013 $199.99 for the instant games collection bundle ( out of stock from many sources) or the system without it for the same price. Amazon has the 3G for $219.58 down from $299 and Sony does not show it on there site.
Black Friday will result in more accessories not lower prices and few will offer packages not available at the same price everywhere because they are provided by Sony for the sale. Amazon offers a tax break for many states as do many online sites.
Prices change and the information provided below is from when the system first came out. I am thinking like $210, maybe a little more I think it is about $270 now but it all depends on the retailer.
Right now Walmart is selling a PS3, Vita combo for $449 with upgrades possible for the WiFi 3G model or the 320 GB and game models of the PS3. I'm thinking that they will offer games and Vita Memory cards and not lower the price for Black Friday. Madden bundle is $240 at amazon

Not a Chance Yes you can use it toward the PS Vita at places that take PSPs for trade in. The PS Vita does cost much more than a PSP Go or the PSP 3000 and you will not get much off the price with trade in
No it can not. The PS Vita can not play the Black Ops game. The PS Vita plays PSP and PS vita games not PS3 games
