PS2 has thousand of different game titles and many have no value or only a couple of dollars value. A new PS2 can be purchased for under a $100 and a 7 year old model does not have much value. Trade in value is generally less than half what an item will sell for and your PS2 model may not even be desired for resale. GameStop refurbishes PS2 models and sells them for under $50
