A decent trumpet on eBay can cost $100-$200 dollars. But when you go to a store to buy it, it can cost up to $1000 dollars, but it's usually around $500. My advice would be to rent it out until you've paid for it.
When the cost of the upgrade outweighs the benefit of the upgrade.
There is no effective way to do so without a capture card. they will always turn out with lagging video and that ruins the art of machinima... I recommend getting an external capture card with video and audio... they tend to cost between $10-$20 on eBay.
A decent car costs about 15,000
The 1991 Emmitt Smith card number 485 from the NFL Pro Set is quite valuable. The card can cost $5 in decent condition and up to $20.
The minimum spend is $500 which would allow you to run 30-40 commercials depending on the cable network, timeslot and zip code you choose. A simple commercial spot will cost about $4-500 dollars (thanks to the availability of low-cost video equipment) and the commercials can be used again and again to maximize the return on investment. Still others create their own spots using a decent digital video camera and the basic video editing equipment on most home computers.
Sending a card to the UK will cost much more than sending one to Canada. The cost of sending a card to the UK would be about 5 to 7 dollars. Sending one to Canada will cost about 2 dollars.
Roger Patterson's video would of cost heaps to fake it.
